For our class on Saturday, April 26th we will be making 3 really cute little boxes. They were created by Sam from the UK. I love her projects!! This one will hold a small candle, jar of hand cream, etc. It uses our in color stretchy ribbon. Spots are still available, let me know.

At our down line meeting last month we made this cute Business card holder. It was designed by Sam Donald from the UK. I got the idea from M.E. Stites, a sideline. Did you notice the stamped image? It's a new stamp from Stampin'Up! that you can personalize to your needs. I love it!

Third card for class on January 27th

This is the last card we will be doing on the Last Monday of the Month class. There is still space available so call or email soon. It was created using Chalktalk stamps and Framelits (The framelits are on sale this week) Real Red and Whisper White card stock were also used along with Cherry Cobbler baker's twine. All projects are just in time for Valentine's day.

Happy New Year everyone. I'm getting ready to leave for Houston, and warmer weather, for the Stampin'Up! Leadership Conference. Over the next few days I'll be posting pictures of the upcoming class projects. RSVP with payment is required by the 15th of each month for the Last Monday of the month class. Class fee is $10 and you will complete 3 cards or 3-d projects...or mixture of each. For the next 3 months I will be using the Chalk Talk stamp set and frame lits for our projects. Other supplies will be used but the same stamp set/framelit will be used on all of the cards or projects.

This first card is a CASE from Mary Brown. It uses some retired products but I thought it was too wonderful not to do.

Same stamp set/framelits for 3 months

Hello, Beginning January 1, 2014 I'm making some changes to my Last Monday of the Month card class. The cost will still be $10 for 3 cards/envelopes, but we will be using the same stamp set or framelits for 3 months. January/February/March will use Chalk Talk stamp set and framelits. The stamp set is available in wood (130631)for $25.95 or clear (130634) for $18.95. The framelits (129983) are $24.95. You can purchase a bundle of both: clear (132730) for $37.25 or wood (132731) for $43.25. Even if you are long distance and can't attend here you can buy the bundle and I'll post the picture of the project with all the dimensions, card stock, and embellishments. Class fee MUST be received 10 days before class to ensure I have all the products available. I can't wait to show you all the projects.

Trick or Treat

I'm participating in a bake sale and vendor's sale at Akron Children's Hospital in Boardman on Monday, September 16th. One of the items I will have for sale is this really cute treat holder. One of the things I was most excited about Convention this year was getting a chance to meet Leonie Schroder. Leonie lives in Australia and I've been folowing her blog for several years. The picture is Leonie on the right and her sister Jenny on the left. Two very sweet ladies. The hat I'm wearing is from the Impeckables group. That way we can find ourselves in a crowd. There were 63 of us there this year.

A Little Tease for the September 21st. class

Good morning. I've been working on getting projects and pictures ready to blog. I'm adding a scrapbook/album class on Saturday, September 21 from 10-12. Class fee is $25 or FREE with a $75 order. It will hold pictures up to 6x6. The above picture is of the beginning stages. Just a little tease to pique your interest. I'm also going to be starting a product club. Back by Popular demand The Prayer Journal

Do not underestimate the power of prayer Please join me for an afternoon of prayer and creativity. We will spend the first 30 minutes or so discussing views of prayer and adding to our already existing prayer lists. This is not a Bible study, but rather a time to come together with all our blessings of prayer. We will then create the above journal to keep with us and and create four prayer cards to send. The fee covers the materials to create this wonderful Journal. I will bring this journal class to your group at a site, date, and time of your choice. There is no limit on the number of people that can attend there…as long as they have a table space to work. Space in my studio is limited to 12 so do not delay. My scheduled class date is Sunday, September 15th from 1-2:30.
