Valentine cards for my students

Good morning. Finally dug out from yesterday's storm.

Today's post is the card I'm giving my first graders for Valentine's Day. It is an adaption from one posted on Patty Bennett's blog. I used the new Heart shaped treat cups and the fancy favor Big Shot die. I followed Patty's directions except I cut the two end flaps off. The main color is Real Red and the Designer paper is Sending Love from the Occasions Mini. The "holder" for the candy is from the Two Tags die for the Big Shot.

Don't forget about my mini milk carton kits. See yesterday's post for information.

Enjoy!

Sweet Treets Cup HO

Good morning. Happy Sunday to you. Today's project is another sweet treet cup. AND look to the Occasions mini beginning on January 5th for HEART shaped cups...I'm so excited.

Anyway on to the project. I used a 6" by 6 3/4" piece of Real Red cardstock. Score on the 6 3/4" side at 3" and 6". My DSP was cut 2 3/4" by 6 3/4". The slide piece is 2 1/2" by 6". I used the 1 3/8 circle punch to cut the pull out area and the Round Tab punch for the puller (is that a word?) I mounted the H from the Alpha Big shot letters and then cut thru all layers with the 1 3/4" punch. This takes alot of strength so be careful. You then put glue dots around the top outside edge of the cup. Do not remove the adhesive from the back of the cup. Put the cup in place and then using sticky strip adhere the side and bottom together. Fill with your favorite candy and push the insert piece in place to hold the candy. Enjoy!

Sweet Treats Class

Good evening. I held a Sweet Treats class last night. As soon as I get the pictures taken I will post them.

I have 6 kits available for the card holders we did this summer, info here. I'll post information and pictures tomorrow. The cost is $18.50 and includes a completed holder and shipping. They will use retired Designer Paper and will be a pot luck item.

Enjoy!

Turkey Treat Cup

Good morning. Don't you just love this time of year. Halloween is my favorite, not for the candy or trick or treating, but for the change in leaves and the chill in the air here in Northern Ohio. And I love Stampin'Up! stamps for Halloween. My next favorite is Thanksgiving and the project I have to share today is a case from Connie Collins at Constantly Stamping. I love our new treat cups (12 for $2.95, item number 116802) and you can see how creative you can be. These would be cute for place holders at your Thanksgiving dinner. Call or email today for the supply list and to place your order. Beginning next week I will have the full supply lists following each project. Enjoy!

Halloween triple treat

Good morning. This little treat packet is from CreationsbyPatti. She is such a talented stamper. My treat cups are empty because we used all the candy in the treat boxes I showed you earlier. How cute would this be filled with 3 different colors of M&M's or candy corn. For instructions and to place your order call or email today, or better yet click the order now button on the side of this post. Enjoy!
